How to get our super delicious organic, grass-fed beef into your freezer
Ordering by the cut:
We sell by individual cuts through Eat Local Grey Bruce , an on-line farmers market co-op offering customized shopping and delivery in Grey and Bruce counties.
Bulk orders:
We sell by the split quarter, half or whole directly from the farm.
Split quarters will be cut to our specifications and will contain a nice mix of everything a beef has to offer. Including steaks, roasts, ground and stew beef.
If you are purchasing a half or whole, your orders can be cut to your specifications, or you can choose one of our recommended cutting options.
It’s important to us that this nutritious and ecological food is accessible to as many people as possible. Purchasing in bulk allows us to offer you the best price we can.
If you have never bought meat this way here are a few things to know.
- Prices are based on the dressed weight of the animal and all cutting and wrapping costs are included.
- About 35% of the dressed weight is lost during cutting and wrapping. Some of this can be recouped, however, if you keep the bones and organ meat (the healthiest part!)
- Sharing with friends and family is a great way to take advantage of these bulk prices.
